About Us

The FAA’s Flight Standards Service oversees inspectors (PMI and ASI), their managers and support staff such as lawyers in various organizations, including FSDO’s and so-called regional offices.

You have heard the negative stories, and hopefully also the positive stories about FAA inspectors. You were sure that by “doing the right thing” you are “safe”.

Then, it happened to you. Your focus is on a “bad inspector”. You are oblivious to the FAA’s organization who is directly responsible for keeping bad inspectors and managers on the payroll, sometimes for 30 years.

You may not be alone in observing a negative conduct by an FAA employee. Others in your area or perhaps from a different region may share similar or worse experiences with the same FAA employee.
An FAA employee acting improperly may already be under warning, and may already have a bad track record. Your submission may be “the last straw”. You may make a difference to the benefit of many others. Today and in the future.

We all rely on the FAA to keep us and our families safe.

A professional, effective, and trustworthy FAA is a necessity.

We respect and appreciate the great majority of FAA employees. They are truly committed to flight-safety, are professional, and collaborative. Thanks to this great majority our skies are safe and air transport is affordable. This majority deserve a work-environment with co-workers who share the same level of professional conduct and a true commitment to flight safety.
